How To Request A Dog Walk or Pet Sitting Service With Poop’d Out

I know you’re busy. Between your long work days, taking care of your pets, and trying to enjoy life all at the same time, you also have to factor in your pet’s exercise and care needs while you’re away.


Then comes the battle of finding a sitter or walker for your pet, which we already touched on in our other blog post on the top 7 reasons you need a professional pet sitter!


From there, you’ve got the paperwork, the scheduling, the emails, phone calls, etc. Right!?




A big part of Poop’d Out’s philosophy is making sure our client’s experience is quick, professional, and user-friendly all at the same time. That’s why we have an amazing booking software called Time To Pet!


Through your client portal or through the TIme To Pet app, you can:


  • Request dog walks or pet sitting reservations
  • Change and update your information as well as your pet(s)
  • View and send messages to Poop’d Out
  • Pay invoices
  • View report cards and photos from your pet’s stay or walk
  • Give feedback to Poop’d Out


In an effort to keep with our user-friendly philosophy, we went ahead and created an easy guide on getting started with your client portal, so you can request a service in no time!


Step 1: Head to our website and click ‘Get Started.’

Step 2: Fill out the form to create your account.

Step 3: Once submitted and reviewed by Poop’d Out staff, you’ll receive an email with details on how to login to your client account.

This email will contain information on how to go about filling in the rest of your info, your pet’s info, and more. You’ll also get instructions on a temporary password to use to first login to your account.

Step 4: Use the temporary password provided to finalize your account & create a new password.

Step 5: Thoroughly read through Poop’d Out’s Policy Agreement. Once complete, sign the agreement and click ‘I Agree to the Terms.’

Step 6: Voila! You’re in! From here, you can use the top navigation bar to:


1. Send a message

2. Enter client or pet information

3. See the schedule and request a new service by clicking the blue ‘+Request New Service’ button.


4. See your invoices and add your payment methods

Time To Pet also has an app that you can download on your phone, which makes it really easy to request a service or pay an invoice on the go!
